"Fenella & Jade are canapé queens! Between them they produce exquisite little explosions of flavour on a plate. If you can find an excuse for a small (or large) celebration they should be your first port of call. Canapés to die for include: crab cakes topped with preserved lemon mayonnaise, scotch quail’s eggs with black pudding and truffle oil and rare roast beef in a baby Yorkshire pudding with horseradish and tarragon cream.
